Authentic, classic Moroccan riad. Great service provided by the staff, help us to settle all requests timely, especially Khalil & Yassine, feeling just like at home. Proactive attitude, lots of smile and good English made us feel so awesome staying there. Excellent Location in Fes Medina (Old city), nearby a local market and major Tannery shops. If you want to stay in Medina, Riad Jamai would be the one of the best choices.

We had a lovely time during our 2 day visit to Fez. The host, Mohammed, was great. He made our trip so easy by arranging a car to pick us up from the train station, setting us up with a local guide, and helping us find a driver to take us to the beach for the next leg of our trip. We were a large group of 7, and he and his assistant Younis were so patient and attentive to our needs, even running out to the store to buy milk and yogurt for the kids. They also cleaned our clothes from our earlier travels! This place felt very full service from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful. They were comfortable and the air conditioning was great on such a hot day. The pool was cold and refreshing. The breakfast was a nice spread of breads, Moroccan pancakes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Wi-Fi was free and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

What a beautiful Riad! We enjoyed our stay more than anywhere else! For a reasonable price you get cozy rooms (the suites are amazing), a rich breakfast and the owner was the sweetest and most helpful person you could wish for! To top it all off, there is a terrasse on the roof from where you can see over the roofs of most of the medina and watch the sunset (with a glass of wine if you like)!

Hotel was very beautiful. However the rooms were not very functional or consistent. Some very dark rooms, rooms were all quite cold and hard to get warm even with air conditioning. Some rooms had showerheads with no holders, baths without plugs, soap without soap holders. Manager in charge was friendly but a bit scheming trying to convince you to go on various tours, booking overpriced taxis, giving misleading information to entice you into booking an expensive tour guide/private car. Hotel felt relatively safe. Was about a 1.5hr walk from main tourist attractions in medina eg the blue gate.
